Your appointments are very important to us and reserved especially for you.

  1. Booking Notice
    A valid credit/debit card is required to hold a spot for your booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once we ACCEPT your appointment request. Once your appointment request has been ACCEPTED, you will RECEIVE a confirmation text. If no shows or cancelling less than 24 hours continues to occur on multiple occasions, we will no longer be able to accommodate you with any of our services, please schedule your appointments carefully.
  2. Late Policy
    If you are late to your appointment, we will only have the time that we have scheduled for you. PLEASE BE ON TIME as we utilize every time of your appointment to ensure that your lashes to be as full as possible. 15 minutes late = CANCEL.
  3. Cancellation/No Show
    We require a 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We require a $30 deposit 48 hours prior your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, your $30 deposit will become NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. If you NO SHOW your appointment, you will be charged the FULL SERVICE amount.

Please let us know as early as possible for any booking changes so that we can accommodate you and for you to avoid any non-refundable charges.
