LASH EXTENSION CARE GUIDE

Lash extensions are very easy to care for.

Here are some simple steps on maintaining healthy lashes.

By following these simple tips, it can not only help for healthy lashes but a longer retention as well.

  1. 1
    KEEP THEM DRY
Remember to keep your lashes dry for the first 24-48 hours. This includes steam/water/sweat. Make sure you take your shower or workout before your appointment.
  2. 2
    DO NOT TUG
Your lash extensions are attached individually to your natural lashes. Avoid pulling/rubbing on your lash extensions to preserve your lashes & to ensure that you don't pull out your own natural lashes pre-maturely or damage your follicle.
  3. 3
    AVOID OIL BASED PRODUCTS
AVOID ALL OIL-based products! This includes facials as they put products on/around eye area, which will only shorten the life of your lashes. **Please Note** If you are going to use mascara with your extensions, make sure they are EXTENSION SAFE MASCARA.
  4. 4
    BRUSH DAILY
Make sure you brush daily to prevent the lash extensions to twist from the growth of your natural lashes. Brushing after showers & right after you wake up in the morning will help to keep them in place.
  5. 5
    CLEANSE OFTEN
Everyday, gently rinse your lash line to wash away any dead skin cells, natural oils, & makeup. If you choose to avoid cleansing your lashes, you can cause blepharitis- inflammation of eyelid area. Using a lash cleanser will help to make your lashes last longer and to keep away bad bacteria & infections.
  6. 6
COME IN FOR FILLS EVERY 2-3 WEEEKS
The average person has 90-120 natural lashes per eye & each eye can shed between 2-3 lashes a day. 1 Week = 21 Lashes 2 Weeks = 42 Lashes 3 Weeks = 63 Lashes Due to natural hair cycles, fills are suggested 2-3 weeks to keep them FULL & BEAUTIFUL!
